CATALYSE is a normative framework for evaluating and governing Human–AI collaboration.
It shifts the focus from isolated AI performance to systemic accountability, coordination, and responsibility.
The framework provides structured criteria to assess how humans and AI interact, where decisions are made, and how outcomes can be explained and audited over time.
